Priyanka Chopra’s family has kicked off the pre-wedding celebrations for Siddharth Chopra by seeking divine blessings at a Mata Ki Chowki. Currently in Mumbai for her brother’s wedding, Priyanka’s family organized this auspicious event at their home, attended by close friends and family.

On Wednesday, Madhu Chopra, Priyanka’s mother, shared pictures and videos from the Mata Ki Chowki on Instagram. She looked lovely in a magenta suit, while Priyanka dazzled in an orange traditional ensemble.

In her post, Madhu expressed her joy, writing, “A divine start to the wedding festivities! May Mata Rani bless the couple @siddharthchopra89 @neelamupadhyaya with happiness, love, and prosperity. Blessed to have family and friends around for this auspicious start.”

Mehendi ceremony

Madhu also shared a glimpse of Siddharth’s Mehendi ceremony on her Instagram story. The photo featured a group of women, including Priyanka in traditional attire, and Malti, Priyanka’s daughter, wearing a cute frock. She captioned the picture, “Behnaas and bhabhi taking Sajan ki Mehendi.”

Preparing for the Wedding

Earlier, on February 4, Priyanka provided a sneak peek into the wedding preparations, sharing moments from the shaadi ka ghar. One photo showed her rehearsing for a dance performance, while another captured her daughter Malti having fun with a friend.

Siddharth Chopra’s engagement

Siddharth Chopra has found love with actress Neelam Upadhyaya, publicly acknowledging their relationship since 2019 during the Ambanis’ Ganesh Puja. In a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Priyanka revealed that the couple met on a dating app. After getting engaged last year, they are now set to tie the knot soon.
